Working Out at Home for a Healthy Pilipinas

To some people, working out at home can be challenging when you do not have a lot of space to work with. While this is true for some exercises that require a lot of movements, there are still workouts that can be done in a small space and we will show you how.

In partnership with #YourRaceYaya, DOH (Department of Health) Healthy Pilipinas has created a series of home workout videos. The third one is all about working out with limited space. This means that you can stay active even in the confines and safety of your home. Here is a workout by athlete Manolito Divina, that you can do at home given a small space.
